David Seaman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gabriel Vinhas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Relyn Futebol Clube's Gino Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 16th minute of play. Mao Yang hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes, Jenipapo SC's Arsenio Gipuzkoa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gino Velasco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jenipapo SC reached it. Gabriel Vinhas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but David Seaman made a huge save. Gabriel Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. David Seaman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Vinhas made a kick off. Gino Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Junior in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Gabriel Vinhas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute, Pompiliu Poalelungi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Relyn Futebol Clube made a substitution. Ademar Meirelles replaced Abraham Knol. After a rather tough play, Jenipapo SC's Pompiliu Poalelungi got a free kick in the 68th minute. Vinicio Junior hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. David Seaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Gino Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Junior in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Vinhas came free, but David Seaman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aníbal Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gino Velasco having to interfere. Gino Velasco made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Raphael Cunha sent off a good shot on target. Raphael Cunha came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gino Velasco could save by the left post. Arcan Siralp kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Relyn Futebol Clube support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
