The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Martin Suy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Tanio in the 12th minute of play forced Kolonia Radlin's goalkeeper Talha Mertkal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Tanio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Talha Mertkal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Ikatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Bergkamp in the 22nd minute of the match. Martin Suy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 26th minute Eriberto Truylos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Talha Mertkal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Talha Mertkal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Truylos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Kolonia Radlin's Marek Bergkamp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Ikatz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Kolonia Radlin booed when Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Utter didn't get a good kick on the ball. The wind increased when Marek Bergkamp made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marek Bergkamp in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Ikatz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xu Wei Kun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Talha Mertkal having to make a save. Talha Mertkal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xu Wei Kun in the 55th minute of play. Gabriel Ikatz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kazimierz Iwanowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Independiente's Flavio Tanio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. In the 65th minute, Martin Suy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Marek Bergkamp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Ikatz. Independiente's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marek Bergkamp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 71 minutes into the game, Kolonia Radlin's Kazimierz Iwanowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Ikatz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Eriberto Truylos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Talha Mertkal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Truylos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
