After a rather tough play, América-SC F.C.'s Elder Domingues got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 4 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruce Cornforth. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabi Gol in the 5th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shi Sha Quan to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Black Dragon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute Gabi Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Quirino came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. But to his dismay, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 24 minutes América-SC F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wang Hai who took care of the corner kick. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabi Gol in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, América-SC F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán came free, but Nestor Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo dos Santos in the 32nd minute of play. If Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nestor Quirino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nestor Quirino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabi Gol in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabi Gol made a kick off. Amboy FC made a substitution. Nicanor Mendiko replaced Black Dragon. The supporters of América-SC F.C. booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shi Sha Quan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Rius to maneuver through the defense. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliézer Azevedo in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, América-SC F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mario Alberto Abascal came free, but Nestor Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valerio Spadoni in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Quirino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nestor Quirino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valerio Spadoni in the 92nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliézer Azevedo in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Mourelatos saved Amboy FC from getting behind.
