With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sepp Mainville prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonas Herz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Figlewski having to make a save. In the 23rd minute Jonas Herz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Figlewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Herz came free, but Jan Figlewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sepp Mainville showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Pombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malin Karolev in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

庄辉雄 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sepp Mainville having to interfere. Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庄辉雄 in the 53rd minute of play. 庄辉雄 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Sepp Mainville made a huge save. Sepp Mainville came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Abutres 2003 FDP's Malin Karolev. But to his dismay, Malin Karolev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Pombal in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Malin Karolev. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilles Clerc in the 78th minute of play forced Abutres 2003 FDP's goalkeeper Jan Figlewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
