In the 5thth minute of the game Wang Fei Xing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Attard Gunners's Jay Jowsey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Attard Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Fei Xing came free, but Jay Jowsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjønstad BF's Edmílson Prata got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Attard Gunners defense, Wang Fei Xing kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jay Jowsey. The Attard Gunners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jay Jowsey should have stopped the shot. Erik Grøneng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergen Sergen in the 14th minute of play. Glenn Bailey kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Jay Jowsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Engevik in the 16th minute of play. Erik Grøneng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Said in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Wang Fei Xing cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jay Jowsey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the game, Gustav Kleiv was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jay Jowsey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kjønstad BF. In the 54th match minute, Kjønstad BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmílson Prata to maneuver through the defense. Kjønstad BF's Erik Grøneng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Said in the 55th minute of play. Kjønstad BF's Edmílson Prata managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Adrian Grech in the 57 minute of the game. 59 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Said came free, but Erik Grøneng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Attard Gunners's Jay Jowsey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Attard Gunners from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute Louis Naudi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Grøneng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Attard Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Dino came free, but Jay Jowsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Attard Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani couldn't finish the play. The Attard Gunners supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kjønstad BF's performance. The match ended with a win for Kjønstad BF.
