In the 14th minute, Harun Mengüer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jay Jowsey. The goal made the score 1-0. Stipe Pletikosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Said in the 17th minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, Attard Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Xerri to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Harun Mengüer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jay Jowsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergen Sergen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After taking down the ball on Attard Gunners's corner Godwin Sapiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stipe Pletikosa quite easily take care of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Stipe Pletikosa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 83 minutes into the match, Alan Said dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stipe Pletikosa, 2-2. A nice corner shot did that Jorne Van Mellart got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jay Jowsey quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 96th match minute, Attard Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean Carl Cassar Torreggiani to maneuver through the defense. The Attard Gunners players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Fortuna 86 Szczecin from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
