In the 9th minute of the match Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a corner. Club El Progreso's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Brandur Hendrickson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Brandur Hendrickson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benjamin Tino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 14 minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adolfo Fidensio who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Adolfo Fidensio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucas De Gea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Club El Progreso's zone, Alberto Velasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Tino came out of the goal and Alberto Velasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas De Gea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Indiana Jones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club El Progreso's goalkeeper Benjamin Tino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Club El Progreso getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Indiana Jones hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, Club Sacode Football CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zlatko Kiš to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Velasco was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Indiana Jones in the 54th minute of play forced Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Lucas De Gea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the game, Diego Portela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club El Progreso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Sacode Football CIMZ the free kick. After 54 played minutes Club El Progreso got a freekick which was hit by Diego Portela. Krystian Orzechowski hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Lucas De Gea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Cordaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Club Sacode Football CIMZ booed when Club El Progreso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Portela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas De Gea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Bot in the 67th minute of the match. Gao Jie Bing kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Club El Progreso's Indiana Jones ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucas De Gea. Lucas De Gea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Lucas De Gea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Cordaro in the 75th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Club El Progreso got a freekick which was hit by Indiana Jones. Benjamin Tino came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Alberto Velasco. But to his dismay, Alberto Velasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 89 minutes into the game, Alberto Velasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Benjamin Tino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberto Velasco scored 4-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Tino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucas De Gea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Bot in the 96th minute of play.
