In the 19th minute of the match, Hugo Guerra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erez Manco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bob Budovnits took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haroldas Strazdas. Haroldas Strazdas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Delmiro Makaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the game, Donny Verweijen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Haroldas Strazdas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Guerra got free with Erez Manco in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Hugo Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 34th minute, Donny Verweijen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Ruch Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Erez Manco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Guerra in the 38th minute of the match. Haroldas Strazdas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Rzeszutko in the 40th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Guerra in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erez Manco saved KS Ruch Chorzów from getting behind. The wind increased when Ponc Calderona made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Ruch Chorzów's goalkeeper Erez Manco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 67th minute Hugo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erez Manco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldas Strazdas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donny Verweijen in the 70th minute of play. Sayed Mustafa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Erez Manco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KS Ruch Chorzów's André Luiz Xavier was substituted for Klement Rzeszutko. Spartans FC's Haroldas Strazdas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Spartans FC from getting a goal against them. Haroldas Strazdas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donny Verweijen in the 86th minute of play. Erez Manco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Makaus, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KS Ruch Chorzów eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
