In the 11th minute, Jaime Marko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelinho Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Marko in the 14th minute of the match. Jaime Marko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Marcelinho Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirilo Rainerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 90th minute Luís Paulo Trevisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 顾远思 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
