Cãlin Damaschin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paavali Seracino Inglott in the 5th minute of the match. The throw-in from Bayram Mutluay in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by CERRO PORTEÑO's Paulo Maldini. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis managed to get in a good position for a shot. CERRO PORTEÑO's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Parker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Acosta in the 12th minute of play. After 16 minutes of play, Project Nemesis's Luciano Acosta made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cãlin Damaschin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 任棋振 struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Peter Parker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CERRO PORTEÑO. Cãlin Damaschin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute of the match, Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Peter Parker was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of CERRO PORTEÑO booed when Project Nemesis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bayram Mutluay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Acosta in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match Project Nemesis got a corner. CERRO PORTEÑO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stanislaw Sniegowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Project Nemesis's Stanislaw Sniegowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Cãlin Damaschin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis made the kick off in the second half. Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Acosta in the 57th minute of play. Project Nemesis were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after CERRO PORTEÑO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stanislaw Sniegowski took the corner. Cãlin Damaschin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wojciech Malewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 66 minutes into the game, Simon Gerbault was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CERRO PORTEÑO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Project Nemesis the free kick. Project Nemesis's Rafal Walczak was substituted for Padro Trúpkov. CERRO PORTEÑO's Moreno Martins was substituted for 任棋振. A collision led to CERRO PORTEÑO getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Simon Gerbault hit a great ball. Transito Betonowy struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Cãlin Damaschin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Project Nemesis. In the 78th minute, Project Nemesis's Lech Lisewski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lech Lisewski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Project Nemesis protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lech Lisewski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 78th minute, Lech Lisewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 minutes, 王树帆 made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Project Nemesis's Peter Parker tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 90 minutes of play, CERRO PORTEÑO's 王树帆 made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Parker was left in no man's land by his defense there! Project Nemesis's Peter Parker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 王树帆 in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Project Nemesis players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CERRO PORTEÑO.
