Kukova United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Kjellman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Wiberg in the 17th minute of play. Harvey Davies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacek Gotfryd in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Kukova United's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Kjellman came free, but Simon Manex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Jacek Gotfryd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Davies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Kukova United were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Bal op het Dak for a fine match.
