Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ömer Halisdemir in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kuno Lüdimõis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ömer Halisdemir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Zawisza Bydgoszcz booed when FC ICEWIND DALE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Ferfecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Kajetan Dec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Marinho in the 20th minute of play. Kajetan Dec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Marinho in the 24th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Ömer Halisdemir took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kuno Lüdimõis to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ömer Halisdemir to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ömer Halisdemir in the 51st minute of play forced FC ICEWIND DALE's goalkeeper Kuno Lüdimõis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ömer Halisdemir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kuno Lüdimõis having to make a save. Antonello Salomone made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mack Oreilly immediately put the ball in play. Robert Naujasodis kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Fernando Marinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC ICEWIND DALE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 69th match minute, Zawisza Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orestas Ancikas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 70 minutes, Erik Stor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ICEWIND DALE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Stor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC ICEWIND DALE's Patryk Ranowiecki was substituted for Fernando Marinho. FC ICEWIND DALE's Wincent Debowski was substituted for Boguslaw Zdeb. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucjan Marchefka in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Ding Beckham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
