Maximino Hitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Hendrickx in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute John Skytt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray Clemence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of PHOENIX SC booed when NECKER49 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Hegoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samai Asmawan in the 17th minute of play forced NECKER49's goalkeeper Maximino Hitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Hitz came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by PHOENIX SC's Samai Asmawan. But to his dismay, Samai Asmawan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 25th minute Phoenix Kante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Hitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Phoenix Kante made a precise shot to the right of Maximino Hitz. NECKER49's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Ray Clemence made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Fagondo in the 27th minute. Isidoro Fagondo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Ray Clemence made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Skytt in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ray Clemence saved PHOENIX SC from getting behind. Maximino Hitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico Hendrickx, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. PHOENIX SC's Ray Clemence proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save PHOENIX SC from getting a goal against them. After 41 minutes of play, PHOENIX SC's Phoenix Kante made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Hitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The NECKER49 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PHOENIX SC were winning 0-3.

Santiago Totakoxe charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Totakoxe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, NECKER49 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Totakoxe to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Jeronimo Elizardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Phoenix Kante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Hitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. When NECKER49's John Skytt in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PHOENIX SC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 59thth minute of the game John Skytt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PHOENIX SC's Ray Clemence was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvano Casanova in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ray Clemence prevented the ball from getting in the gole. John Skytt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ray Clemence tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. NECKER49 made a substitution. Gigel Onete replaced Silvano Casanova. In the 68th minute, Samai Asmawan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maximino Hitz. The goal made the score 0-4. Maximino Hitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frederico Hendrickx's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 82 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goalkeeper Maximino Hitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederico Hendrickx. In the 90th minute, Ildefonso Senon made a precise shot to the right of Ray Clemence. PHOENIX SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Ray Clemence stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Fernado's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The PHOENIX SC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
