Spectators: 7770 (Terracing: 5828, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hans Otterlei started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Gladiator FC were awarded a corner. Vaggelis Mitsiou went to the cornerflag to take it. Gustaf Albohm came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by La Cosa Nostra's Hans Otterlei. But to his dismay, Hans Otterlei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Taranto in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, La Cosa Nostra's Hans Otterlei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustaf Albohm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vaggelis Mitsiou in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Delfino saved La Cosa Nostra from getting behind. Gustaf Albohm came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by La Cosa Nostra's Hans Otterlei. But to his dismay, Hans Otterlei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 23rd minute Hans Otterlei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Cosa Nostra's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaldo Perpinya in the 24th minute. Joel Delfino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantin Butylin in the 25th minute of the match. When La Cosa Nostra's Hans Otterlei in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gladiator FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jairo Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Steve Hodge came free, but Gustaf Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Delfino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Taranto in the 39th minute of play. Gladiator FC's Gustaf Albohm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Gladiator FC from getting a goal against them. After 46 played minutes Gladiator FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Taranto. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 70th minute Steve Hodge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Cosa Nostra's Marciano Bizen was substituted for Hans Otterlei. La Cosa Nostra made a substitution. Abelardo Alvarez replaced Jairo Boniel. Gladiator FC's Bruno Cavallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Abelardo Alvarez in the 76 minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Gladiator FC's Carlo Taranto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joel Delfino. That made the score 3-1 after 77 minutes of play. 80 minutes into the match, Marciano Bizen notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Gladiator FC's Gustaf Albohm. Gustaf Albohm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino got control of the ball when Carlo Taranto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, La Cosa Nostra's Marciano Bizen made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaf Albohm was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 91 minutes, Marciano Bizen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Cosa Nostra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Bizen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to La Cosa Nostra getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Joel Suarez hit a great ball. La Cosa Nostra's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
