After a rather tough play, Cormoranii -MM-'s Ramiro Paul got a free kick in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 17th minute of play forced Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, A.D. Alcorcón's Dino Zoff threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erlantz Bermejo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Belo Alvarez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Dino Zoff skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cormoranii -MM-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Erlantz Bermejo scored to the left of an out of position Dino Zoff, making the score, 1-1. Delmar Mayor kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the A.D. Alcorcón defense, Ramiro Paul kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. The A.D. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. A.D. Alcorcón were furious when Nereo Acosta was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Cormoranii -MM-. Roberto Perfumo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Maurino Serena. 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramiro Paul was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Belo Alvarez came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurino Serena had great luck who in the 54thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ramiro Paul from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Eugen Boldur scored 1-4 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurino Serena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A.D. Alcorcón's Eusebio Quijana was substituted for Natxo Cacheres. 71 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s Ramiro Paul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maurino Serena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Paul came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Leroy Antunez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cormoranii -MM- were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
