After 3 played minutes Twierdza Osowiec got a freekick which was hit by Kevinn Dolar. Marcelo Gay hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Clodoveo Sugoi got in the 10th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ricardo Hendrickx handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Clodoveo Sugoi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Ricardo Hendrickx 10 minutes into the match. Kartal Başar struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Duarte de Sena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Twierdza Osowiec. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Ituzaingó's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaap Stam was slow to take the kick. During this time Twierdza Osowiec's players had a chance to rest. Mili Martin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Twierdza Osowiec's Kartal Başar got a free kick in the 25th minute. Bernardo Salbatore scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Hendrickx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Duarte de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kartal Başar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Paskal in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Hendrickx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Twierdza Osowiec getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Pang Qiang Fan hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Bernardo Salbatore dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ricardo Hendrickx, 3-0. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Duarte de Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kartal Başar in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Club Atlético Ituzaingó booed when Twierdza Osowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevinn Dolar didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Club Atlético Ituzaingó made a substitution. Fulgencio Nikola replaced Victor Paskal. After 53 minutes of play, Twierdza Osowiec's Kartal Başar made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duarte de Sena was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Clodoveo Sugoi in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Twierdza Osowiec's goalie prevented a goal. Kartal Başar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Duarte de Sena made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Bernardo Salbatore got a free kick in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kartal Başar in the 76th minute of play forced Club Atlético Ituzaingó's goalkeeper Duarte de Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Twierdza Osowiec's Ricardo Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Sugoi in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Kartal Başar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Atlético Ituzaingó made a substitution. Paolo Marino replaced Bernardo Salbatore. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Nikola in the 83rd minute of play forced Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Ricardo Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Hendrickx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Marino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kartal Başar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute, Mili Martin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo Hendrickx came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Fulgencio Nikola. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Nikola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When the referee ended the match the Club Atlético Ituzaingó players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
