The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Rezurekcja Gomulin's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Sugoi came free, but Stasio Brodzki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juliusz Cieliczka hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Stasio Brodzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Salbatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stasio Brodzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Sugoi in the 14th minute of the match. Duarte de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qian Kang Bin in the 15th minute of the match. Sebastian Orlicki came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Duarte de Sena could save by the left post. Rezurekcja Gomulin's Bogumil Ankiewicz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Duarte de Sena in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Duarte de Sena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Bogumil Ankiewicz made a great header on Rezurekcja Gomulin's corner, it was just that Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Duarte de Sena managed to reach the ball for a save. Qian Kang Bin scored 2-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duarte de Sena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qian Kang Bin in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duarte de Sena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Bogumil Ankiewicz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Duarte de Sena quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice moves Qian Kang Bin could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Duarte de Sena however easily saved by the left post. After 45 minutes Club Atlético Ituzaingó's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bogumil Ankiewicz who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Wieslaw Czajka heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Iwo Burowski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 48 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rezurekcja Gomulin! Bernardo Salbatore did an outstanding performance 50 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-1 to the right of an irritated Stasio Brodzki in the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Adam Falkiewicz made the kick off in the second half. Stasio Brodzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Frechoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Juliusz Cieliczka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aureliano Ado hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Stasio Brodzki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Sugoi in the 71st minute of play. After 72 played minutes Rezurekcja Gomulin got a freekick which was hit by Adam Falkiewicz. Club Atlético Ituzaingó made a substitution. Fulgencio Nikola replaced Bernardo Salbatore. Rezurekcja Gomulin's Stasio Brodzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Sugoi in the 76th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Club Atlético Ituzaingó got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Frechoso. Stasio Brodzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Marino in the 82nd minute of the match. When Sebastian Orlicki came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Rezurekcja Gomulin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Orlicki couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Orlicki kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Rezurekcja Gomulin made a substitution. Igor Pernambucano replaced Arkadiusz Lesiecki. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
