Pavel Romanescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernestas Alvinskas in the 13th minute of play forced Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Ricardo Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Miltos Kotsovolos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Hendrickx. Ricardo Hendrickx yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Wiktor Dropinski 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Ricardo Hendrickx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernestas Alvinskas in the 21st minute. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Pegasas Siauliai! FC Pegasas Siauliai:s Pavel Romanescu showed great skill when he stopped Joannes Leenknecht:s penalty. When Twierdza Osowiec's Kartal Başar in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalie prevented a goal. In the 26th minute, Yong 典韦 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pavel Romanescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kartal Başar in the 33rd minute of the match. Kartal Başar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavel Romanescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Pavel Romanescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kartal Başar in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match Twierdza Osowiec got a corner. FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaap Stam ran over to the corner to take the kick. 40 minutes into the match, Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Ricardo Hendrickx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miromir Bilicki. Kartal Başar struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Pavel Romanescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Twierdza Osowiec. In the 47th minute, Kartal Başar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kartal Başar to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalkeeper Pavel Romanescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 53 minutes into the match, Kartal Başar notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FC Pegasas Siauliai's Pavel Romanescu. Pavel Romanescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Pedrão Santos hit a great ball. Pavel Romanescu was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Kartal Başar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kartal Başar really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. 69 minutes into the match, FC Pegasas Siauliai's goal looked a bit too open when Kartal Başar came free, but Pavel Romanescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Pegasas Siauliai's Pavel Romanescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save FC Pegasas Siauliai from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, Miromir Bilicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Hendrickx. Twierdza Osowiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miromir Bilicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-5. In the 89th minute Miromir Bilicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Gay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Twierdza Osowiec eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
