In the 5th minute Ronny Skytt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Frantzes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalie and right to Fidel Macerio. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. LVCVS AVGVSTI's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Rosario Escarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Sazon in the 13th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Chano in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pastor Frantzes saved Sajones F.C. from getting behind. In the 18th minute of the match LVCVS AVGVSTI got a corner. Sajones F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Venancio Olayo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led LVCVS AVGVSTI's Venancio Olayo to fire away a dangerous shot which Pastor Frantzes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Du Yuan Chao came free, but Pastor Frantzes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, LVCVS AVGVSTI's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Sazon came free, but Rosario Escarza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Du Yuan Chao made a kick off. Tito Goncalves kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Isaias Sazon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosario Escarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Felipe Gutierrez got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd match minute, LVCVS AVGVSTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. Rosario Escarza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Mo Feng Xiang hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Du Yuan Chao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Pastor Frantzes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LVCVS AVGVSTI eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
