Spectators: 7711 (Terracing: 5785, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 153) Edgar Marques started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Ballet Azul's Eulalio Callejas got a free kick in the 8th minute. When PP Plessydask's Edgar Marques in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballet Azul's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th minute Eladio Ulloa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Edgar Marques dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of José Luis Chilavert, 1-0. PP Plessydask's Jan Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by René Puente in the 16th minute of play. After 17 played minutes PP Plessydask got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Penkalski. The throw-in from Nahuel Cunningham in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by PP Plessydask's Babe Baadegaard. José Luis Chilavert was a little too slow when Edgar Marques got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-0. 36 minutes into the match, Ballet Azul's goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Marques. Jan Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eladio Ulloa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan Abrahamsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Quiroga in the 40th minute of the match. José Luis Chilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Marques in the 42nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers René Puente in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Abrahamsson saved PP Plessydask from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell René Puente to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute René Puente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Abrahamsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by René Puente in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Ballet Azul's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Marques came free, but José Luis Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes, Ballet Azul's Pepe Rojas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jan Abrahamsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ballet Azul reached it. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Robbie Rullhøj sped through Ballet Azul's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of José Luis Chilavert. The audience was convinced that Robbie Rullhøj's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Luis Chilavert was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ballet Azul players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PP Plessydask.
