When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yağızhan Korgan made a kick off. Faustino Lizar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joachim Forseth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Erik Cantona struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Apolo Erroman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saga TF. 55 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goalkeeper Joachim Forseth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Lizar. The supporters of La Vieja Guarida FC booed when Saga TF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. La Vieja Guarida FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
