Spectators: 7714 (Terracing: 5787, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) Garlic Eaters's Justin Collingwood started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Acácio Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolay Bonkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Greg Gavan in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AC Batán's Angelo Orlondon. Nikolay Bonkov came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Batán's Acácio Nogueira. But to his dismay, Acácio Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 13th minute, Acácio Nogueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nikolay Bonkov was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Acácio Nogueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nikolay Bonkov having to make a save. In the 18th minute Acácio Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolay Bonkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristo Serapio hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, AC Batán's goal looked a bit too open when Jozef Lewandowski came free, but Ni Le Zheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match Garlic Eaters got a corner. AC Batán's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pavol Stano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ni Le Zheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Hanley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AC Batán's Acácio Nogueira got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristo Serapio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Nikolay Bonkov made a huge save. In the 38th minute Fitz Lambley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ni Le Zheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Acácio Nogueira to strike the kick off in the second half. Nikolay Bonkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Nogueira in the 54th minute of the match. Gerry Cheeseman charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerry Cheeseman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, Garlic Eaters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerry Cheeseman to maneuver through the defense. Nikolay Bonkov came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Batán's Acácio Nogueira. But to his dismay, Acácio Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 62 minutes into the match, AC Batán's goalkeeper Ni Le Zheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justin Collingwood. Nikolay Bonkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Acácio Nogueira in the 65th minute of play. Garlic Eaters's İbrahim Efe Altunbaş was substituted for Fitz Lambley. In the 76th minute, Justin Collingwood made a precise shot to the right of Ni Le Zheng. AC Batán's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Justin Collingwood who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Ni Le Zheng when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nikolay Bonkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cido Cardozo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nikolay Bonkov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. İbrahim Efe Altunbaş took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ni Le Zheng. Ni Le Zheng dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. In the 94th minute of the game Gerry Cheeseman made a throw-in which Jozef Lewandowski played forward. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AC Batán had won after a very even match.
