With a little luck, BATMAN SK's Dida Gentenaar got control of the ball when Erik Cantona tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 4thth minute of the game Christian Dominic who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saga TF's Joachim Forseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Dominic in the 9th minute of play. Trond Gilde kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Saga TF's Erik Cantona ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dida Gentenaar. Dida Gentenaar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Mustafa Necati Usbay got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Christian Dominic. Qian Yun Ting scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joachim Forseth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Hamza Duyar in the 30th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Joachim Forseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Ali Hamza Duyar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Forseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joachim Forseth came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by BATMAN SK's Ali Hamza Duyar. But to his dismay, Ali Hamza Duyar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 38th match minute, BATMAN SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Necati Usbay to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Christian Dominic made a precise shot to the right of Joachim Forseth. Saga TF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After some careless play in the Saga TF defense, Ali Hamza Duyar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joachim Forseth. The Saga TF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joachim Forseth should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Erik Cantona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dida Gentenaar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Sacit Değirmenci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Joachim Forseth made a huge save. Sacit Değirmenci kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 56thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Saga TF's keeper Joachim Forseth was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Saga TF were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after BATMAN SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Brian Laudrup took the corner. Brian Laudrup made a great header on Saga TF's corner, it was just that BATMAN SK's Dida Gentenaar managed to reach the ball for a save. After 66 minutes of play, BATMAN SK's Qian Yun Ting made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joachim Forseth was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute Ali Hamza Duyar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Forseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match, Ali Hamza Duyar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joachim Forseth saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Saga TF from getting a goal against them. Iwo Gendolla kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ali Hamza Duyar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joachim Forseth. That made the score 1-6 in the 95 minute of play. The BATMAN SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BATMAN SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
