With a little luck, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Santiago Fuentes got control of the ball when Honorio Droguett tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honorio Droguett kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Rubén Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Fuentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colo-Colo were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Honorio Droguett took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Honorio Droguett got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santiago Fuentes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 29thth minute of the game Epifanio Leceta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colo-Colo's Eladio Escalona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's goal looked a bit too open when Rubén Martínez came free, but Santiago Fuentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorio Droguett was slow to take the kick. During this time Colo-Colo's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Rubén Martínez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Santiago Fuentes did a great save. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Rubén Martínez sped through ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santiago Fuentes. A collision led to Colo-Colo getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Honorio Droguett hit a great ball. Lalo Vilchez made in the 47th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Faustão Prestes immediately put the ball in play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rubén Martínez in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Fuentes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santiago Fuentes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubén Martínez in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's goal looked a bit too open when Rubén Martínez came free, but Santiago Fuentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
