The supporters of Old BaoBaB Accademy booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Txanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Cruz Credo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maravilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Cruz Credo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Violento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Robert Pirès managed to get in a good position for a shot. Old BaoBaB Accademy's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Pirès was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Facundo Altamirano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 23rd minute Cruz Credo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Violento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Primitivo Txanton hit a great ball. Anfilogino Furia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Facundo Altamirano having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cruz Credo to strike the kick off in the second half. After 58 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Mouzo. Anfilogino Furia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Facundo Altamirano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maravilla's Cruz Credo got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fiori Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. If Emilio Buffone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 81st minute Emilio Buffone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Facundo Altamirano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Emilio Buffone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Facundo Altamirano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Maravilla's Facundo Altamirano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Buffone in the 89th minute of play. Facundo Altamirano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Buffone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Furia in the 91st minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Facundo Altamirano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes of play, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Anfilogino Furia made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Facundo Altamirano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Old BaoBaB Accademy were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
