Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joe Tate in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Violento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's goal looked a bit too open when Joe Tate came free, but Fabiano Violento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joe Tate to make the kick off. When Cristoforo Lepori fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Old BaoBaB Accademy's protests and gave Cristoforo Lepori a yellow card for diving instead. 56 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's Pastor Ado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabiano Violento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Ado came free, but Fabiano Violento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
