The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Ado got free with Tristan Falco in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the game, Errecaborda AFC's Emílio Terra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Czapski, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Errecaborda AFC's zone, Igor Czapski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmond Verdun came out of the goal and Igor Czapski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Maci -MM- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Errecaborda AFC a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emílio Terra, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco. 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

FC Maci -MM-'s Igor Czapski got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tristan Falco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emílio Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Tristan Falco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isidro Gines went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Errecaborda AFC were the better team. Errecaborda AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
