Ziemowit Tscherner got a throw-in 19 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Wilhelm Nienhaus. After 42 played minutes FC Maci -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dieter Nisipeanu. After 45 minutes, Sami Zübeyr mouthed his way into the referee's book. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tristan Falco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of FC Maci -MM- booed when Hertha 1969 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Mayer didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Maci -MM- made a substitution. Felix Lucaci replaced Dieter Nisipeanu. In the 95th match minute, Hertha 1969 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Heidingsfelder to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hertha 1969 fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Maci -MM- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
