KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Paolo Cucao got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Panda Komando in the 13th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ★Independiente Ψ★'s Gilberto Loreto. In the 14th minute Gabriel-Omar Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Alfonso Musso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ★Independiente Ψ★ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 27th minute Gabriel-Omar Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariusz Urban kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Maximiliano Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Cucao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Zula Adamowicz hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel-Omar Batista came free, but Filipe Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panda Komando got a throw-in 45 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Paolo Cucao. Filipe Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Cucao in the 48th minute of play forced ★Independiente Ψ★'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paolo Cucao was the one to do the kick off. Filipe Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 51st minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Alfonso Musso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Filipe Meireles quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Czeslaw Patora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Maximiliano Iigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, ★Independiente Ψ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Cucao came free, but Maximiliano Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Lei Feng Ying was substituted for Gabriel-Omar Batista. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Glenn Sande was substituted for Nicolas Salomon. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paolo Cucao in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximiliano Iigo saved ★Independiente Ψ★ from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Aleksander Kalinowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano Iigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some careless play in the ★Independiente Ψ★ defense, Vincent Van Gogh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Iigo. The ★Independiente Ψ★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Iigo should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Zula Adamowicz got a free kick in the 90th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
