George Kristiansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisão Romero in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Romos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Melberg came free, but Ovidiu Cosâmbescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Romero in the 14th minute of play forced Di Röe's goalkeeper George Kristiansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisão Romero in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Kristiansson saved Di Röe from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Di Röe's Sten Melberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidiu Cosâmbescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes in the game Nicu Slavici did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dinu Andone. The tension between the Romos FC and the Di Röe players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Herman Benett. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luisão Romero to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Di Röe defense, Wu Cheng De kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of George Kristiansson. The Di Röe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that George Kristiansson should have stopped the shot. Di Röe's George Kristiansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Şerbănescu in the 90th minute of play. Wu Cheng De struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. George Kristiansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romos FC. George Kristiansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wu Cheng De, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Romos FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
