The Last Try
Spectators: 7693 (Terracing: 5771, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) FURIOZA's Wieslaw Kilar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes El ultimo got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Nisio. The supporters of FURIOZA booed when El ultimo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Talha Ekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Moreno Torricelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. FURIOZA's supporters rose to their feet, but Moreno Torricelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Socorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. El ultimo's Vladimiro Socorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbigniew Werra in the 8th minute of play. Vladimiro Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Kilar in the 9th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes FURIOZA got a freekick which was hit by Lukasz Kaczorowski. Ramon Ignatius took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Domin. Damian Domin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Damian Domin made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Vasile Pisculescu sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the game, Luis Bemabe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Damian Domin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute, FURIOZA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ke Xiang fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Vladimiro Socorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wieslaw Kilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Domin made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Vasile Pisculescu sent off a good shot on target. When Zbigniew Werra fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FURIOZA's protests and gave Zbigniew Werra a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, FURIOZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbigniew Werra to maneuver through the defense. FURIOZA's Damian Domin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Pisculescu in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramon Ignatius was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Ke Xiang notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of FURIOZA's Damian Domin. Damian Domin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ramon Ignatius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Domin having to interfere. FURIOZA's Damian Domin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Pisculescu in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, FURIOZA's Wieslaw Kilar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vladimiro Socorro. Vladimiro Socorro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. In the 64th minute, Luis Bemabe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El ultimo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. El ultimo made a substitution. Bernabe Lucero replaced Ke Xiang. 69 minutes into the match, Ramon Ignatius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damian Domin. FURIOZA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Ignatius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Damian Domin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Pisculescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 74thth minute of the game Ramon Ignatius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FURIOZA's Damian Domin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Ramon Ignatius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damian Domin. FURIOZA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Ignatius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. El ultimo had played much better football throughout.
