Christopher Reimann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Ignatius in the 26th minute of play. After 28 played minutes El ultimo got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Bernabel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Alvarez in the 29th minute of play forced El ultimo's goalkeeper Vladimiro Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimiro Socorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christopher Reimann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Ignatius, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's zone, Ramon Ignatius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christopher Reimann came out of the goal and Ramon Ignatius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Ramon Ignatius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's Christopher Reimann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ramon Ignatius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christopher Reimann was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Vladimiro Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Alvarez in the 35th minute of the match. Vladimiro Socorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Zalayeta in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute Marcelo Zalayeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Reimann was a little too slow when Vasile Pisculescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agustín Alvarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vladimiro Socorro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Alvarez in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute Ramon Ignatius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Reimann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, El ultimo's goalkeeper Vladimiro Socorro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Alvarez. In the 68th minute, Szczepan Bucyki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El ultimo's Felipe Venceslas was substituted for Serafino Ignazio. A collision led to PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Szczepan Bucyki hit a great ball. Christopher Reimann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Ignatius, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 85th minute PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON were awarded a corner. Martinez Somellero went to the cornerflag to take it. Christopher Reimann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Ignatius in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
