The audience was convinced that Marek Gendolla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Maria Goiano was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roland Sienkiewicz was the one to do the kick off. Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Poetass FC from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute Zeng Xu Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomir Posadzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomir Posadzki had in the 95thth minute some difficulties stopping Kalle Billberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Witalis Brysz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. EKIPAACHIMAAAAA's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Poetass FC had won, even though EKIPAACHIMAAAAA had held more of the ball.
