Rafael Jauregui was slow to take the kick. During this time MILLONARIOS FC's players had a chance to rest. Angelo Prior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Innocenzio in the 18th minute of the match. Christoffer Blomqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedicto Ireno having to make a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Colas Valdueza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55thth minute of the game Colas Valdueza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MILLONARIOS FC's Angelo Prior was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the game, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Fernando Seber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Prior made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ made a substitution. Márk Stephen replaced Colas Valdueza. Ulryk Fikus got a throw-in 66 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Teodosio Montes. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoffer Blomqvist got free with Benedicto Ireno in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute Teodosio Montes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Prior saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ booed when MILLONARIOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baladi Ribalta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Christoffer Blomqvist came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the MILLONARIOS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christoffer Blomqvist couldn't finish the play. Benedicto Ireno made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Christoffer Blomqvist sent off a good shot on target. After 94 minutes of play, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Fernando Seber made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Prior was left in no man's land by his defense there! The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
