The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Bozkurt got a freekick which was hit by Philippe Albert. Arda Göksel Yalman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bastian Schweinsteiger in the 8th minute of the match. Odin Son made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Hakan Sufi in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Harkujärve JK's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Literski came free, but Odin Son reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match, Eimar Kraut got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arda Göksel Yalman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
