Spectators: 7695 (Terracing: 5772, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pipis Karapatakis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lucas Rolfsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jardel Sanches having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Rolfsson in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jardel Sanches saved Grêmio FBPA from getting behind. With a little luck, Älta BK's Mosinho Mos got control of the ball when Pipis Karapatakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Lucas Rolfsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jardel Sanches was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Grêmio FBPA's Pipis Karapatakis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mosinho Mos. That made the score 1-1 after 20 minutes of play. 29 minutes into the match, Älta BK's goalkeeper Mosinho Mos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pipis Karapatakis. Älta BK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pipis Karapatakis 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. 36 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Rolfsson came free, but Jardel Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mosinho Mos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pipis Karapatakis in the 39th minute of play. Älta BK's Mosinho Mos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Grêmio FBPA booed when Älta BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Rolfsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th match minute, Älta BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn van der Doelen to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Estevon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mosinho Mos. Älta BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lukas Falkrans was the one to do the kick off. Jardel Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Falkrans in the 55th minute of play. Mosinho Mos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pipis Karapatakis in the 63rd minute of play. Alberto Estevon kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Älta BK's Javier Turi was substituted for Lukas Falkrans. Alberto Estevon hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the game, Henk Veerman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jardel Sanches. Henk Veerman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Pipis Karapatakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Pipis Karapatakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mosinho Mos. Älta BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pipis Karapatakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Grêmio FBPA made a substitution. Ted Hoogenkamp replaced Filiph Biörling. Mosinho Mos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pipis Karapatakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grêmio FBPA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Älta BK for a fine match.
