Spectators: 7734 (Terracing: 5802, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gernando Azevedo kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute Amadeu do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Roriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro got control of the ball when Amedeo De Matteis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Los Andes FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Ruy Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Vilaverde in the 20th minute of play. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amadeu do Nascimento in the 22nd minute. After taking down the ball on Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's corner Amadeu do Nascimento fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gualter Roriz quite easily take care of the ball. Delta FS's Gualter Roriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Delta FS's zone, Gernando Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualter Roriz came out of the goal and Gernando Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delta FS's Gualter Roriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 34th minute of play. With his leg Ruy Montenegro managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Delta FS's Napoleon Tylenda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ruy Montenegro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Odin in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute, Amadeu do Nascimento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Andes FC - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marcus Odin might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruy Montenegro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus Odin ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Delta FS getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Walter Samuel hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Delta FS's zone, Amadeu do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualter Roriz came out of the goal and Amadeu do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Napoleon Tylenda made a kick off. The supporters of Los Andes FC - FSCMZ booed when Delta FS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Cavaco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Amadeu do Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortunato Froněk got free with Gualter Roriz in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ruy Montenegro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th minute Delta FS were awarded a corner. Hélder Cavaco went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Napoleon Tylenda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ruy Montenegro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Napoleon Tylenda took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruy Montenegro. Ruy Montenegro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Froněk in the 65th minute of play forced Delta FS's goalkeeper Gualter Roriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos-Henrique Casemiro kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Hélder Cavaco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruy Montenegro. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ruy Montenegro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Napoleon Tylenda went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Gualter Roriz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeu do Nascimento in the 76th minute. Ruy Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Tylenda in the 78th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Napoleon Tylenda in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruy Montenegro saved Los Andes FC - FSCMZ from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Vilaverde during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Álvaro Vilaverde kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Álvaro Vilaverde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delta FS's Gualter Roriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Delta FS from getting a goal against them. After 91 played minutes Delta FS got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Odin. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Odin in the 93rd minute of play. Ruy Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Tylenda in the 97th minute of play. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Delta FS had won, even though Los Andes FC - FSCMZ had held more of the ball.
