Radu Corocăescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Eneko in the 7th minute of the match. Zlatan Messi scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cirilo Eliu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Kerkyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eden Hazard came free, but Radu Corocăescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Caio Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kerkyra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erli Haaland in the 35th minute. Yao Lin made a great header on Kerkyra FC's corner, it was just that Justicialista FC's Cirilo Eliu managed to reach the ball for a save. Radu Corocăescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Eneko in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zlatan Messi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Zlatan Messi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kerkyra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zlatan Messi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Justicialista FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Justicialista FC's much stronger midfield.
