Edílson Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chaman Do Bonde having to make a save. 4 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Chaman Do Bonde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edílson Souza. Edílson Souza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chaman Do Bonde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Fifth Chicken's goal looked a bit too open when Davi Vianna came free, but Dobri Koks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chaman Do Bonde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edílson Souza in the 13th minute of the match. Fifth Chicken were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Monumento Sports's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mieszko Borkowski took the corner. Chaman Do Bonde came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza. But to his dismay, Edílson Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Chaman Do Bonde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edílson Souza in the 29th minute of the match. Dobri Koks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Vianna in the 34th minute of play. Fifth Chicken's Dobri Koks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davi Vianna in the 37th minute of play. Chaman Do Bonde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edílson Souza in the 39th minute of the match. Fifth Chicken's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mieszko Borkowski in the 40th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mieszko Borkowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Chaman Do Bonde quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 42nd minute, Davi Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, Davi Vianna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dobri Koks was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Davi Vianna to strike the kick off in the second half. Edílson Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Chaman Do Bonde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fifth Chicken's Krzysztof Dziewedik was substituted for Kazimierz Sliwinski. Fifth Chicken's Waldemar Tipinski was substituted for Mieszko Borkowski. Pedro Luís Zonta's late challenge caught a Fifth Chicken's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Luís Zonta helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Monumento Sports getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Pedro Luís Zonta hit a great ball. The supporters of Fifth Chicken booed when Monumento Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luís Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fifth Chicken's Dobri Koks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Fifth Chicken from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, Edílson Souza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chaman Do Bonde. Monumento Sports's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edílson Souza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 82 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Tipinski came free, but Chaman Do Bonde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monumento Sports made a substitution. Henrique Magalhães replaced Lucca Gol. In the 85th minute of the match Fifth Chicken got a corner. Monumento Sports's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Krzysztof Dziewedik ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Monumento Sports's goalie and right to Kazimierz Siekierski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Monumento Sports's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Chaman Do Bonde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edílson Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waldemar Tipinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Monumento Sports defense, Waldemar Tipinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chaman Do Bonde. The Monumento Sports fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chaman Do Bonde should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fifth Chicken fans cheered their team off the field, for while Monumento Sports had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
