In the 46th match minute, Boquenses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Ferdinand to maneuver through the defense. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Machado to make the kick off. When Emilio Machado came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Werneck FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet.
