The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Emilio Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alto Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernd Yuschni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Lopez in the 6th minute of the match. Alto Moco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Argina in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind COMCHOPP's goalkeeper Alto Moco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Hannover Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelinho Hermes came free, but Bernd Yuschni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Lundin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Alto Moco made a huge save. Hannover Reds's Lei Xiang Rong was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alto Moco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Qiao Xing Qi took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alto Moco to make any attempt to save it. Alto Moco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Argina, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xove Pintor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The COMCHOPP fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when COMCHOPP's Xove Pintor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 55 minutes into the game, Markus Thalberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hannover Reds's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave COMCHOPP the free kick. When Markus Thalberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. Markus Thalberg hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, COMCHOPP's Bernd Yuschni threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xove Pintor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Xove Pintor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernd Yuschni. That made the score 2-5 in the 83 minute of play. A collision led to COMCHOPP getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Esteve Urtungo hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the game, Willi Tilmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hannover Reds's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave COMCHOPP the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Hannover Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willi Tilmann to maneuver through the defense. After 93 minutes of play, COMCHOPP's Xove Pintor made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernd Yuschni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernd Yuschni made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Xove Pintor sent off a good shot on target. The Hannover Reds supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching COMCHOPP's performance. The match ended with a win for COMCHOPP.
