The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as T€Tra brick FC's Martin Palermo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leandro Neves. That made the score 1-0 after 2 minutes of play. Eleuterio Urbez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Eduardo Tróia went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Leandro Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Tulio in the 9th minute of play. Leandro Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fábio Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eleuterio Urbez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Eduardo Tróia in the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Leandro Neves got control of the ball when Martin Palermo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ermegildo Tulio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Leandro Neves made a huge save. After 19 minutes, Artur Campidelis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caskinha Esporte Clube and the T€Tra brick FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leandro Neves had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Luís Fábio Cunha's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Luís Fábio Cunha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Leandro Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. T€Tra brick FC's Jonas Marcos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Patryk Sikora in the 24 minute of the game. Martin Palermo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Leandro Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Caskinha Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Campidelis to maneuver through the defense. After 29 minutes Caskinha Esporte Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ermegildo Tulio who took care of the corner kick. T€Tra brick FC's Ermegildo Tulio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leandro Neves in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Fábio Cunha got free with Leandro Neves in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fábio Cunha came free, but Leandro Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Fábio Cunha scored 3-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Leandro Neves successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 45th minute, Dorel Pârlea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Eduardo Tróia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patryk Sikora made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by T€Tra brick FC's Jonas Marcos. Leandro Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Tulio in the 58th minute of the match. Leandro Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fábio Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fermín Verdu charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. T€Tra brick FC made a substitution. Martín Cardetti replaced Luís Fábio Cunha. A collision led to T€Tra brick FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Fermín Verdu hit a great ball. Leandro Neves came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by T€Tra brick FC's Martín Cardetti. But to his dismay, Martín Cardetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Caskinha Esporte Clube made a substitution. Betinho de Sousa replaced Thor Vennerdal. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Evaristo Ortiz was substituted for Wang Sen Jian. Eleuterio Urbez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iván Zamorano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 70 minute of play. Eleuterio Urbez was a little too slow when Iván Zamorano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 4-3. In the 80th minute, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Iván Zamorano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eleuterio Urbez. Eleuterio Urbez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-4. Eleuterio Urbez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto dos Santos in the 84th minute of the match. Eleuterio Urbez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Urbez having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martín Cardetti in the 95th minute of play forced Caskinha Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Leandro Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Caskinha Esporte Clube eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
