Christian Abbiati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Loureiro in the 7th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KANONIERZY's Ime Mavros got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 12th minute Dal 3ello were awarded a corner. Davi Dal Bello went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Davi Dal Bello got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Christian Abbiati quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davi Dal Bello in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Abbiati saved KANONIERZY from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Dal 3ello's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Söderberg came free, but Igor Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Gösta Söderberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Söderberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ediberto Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Igor Taffarel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gösta Söderberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Igor Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ali Hamza Hanefi sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Söderberg in the 33rd minute of play forced Dal 3ello's goalkeeper Igor Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Dal 3ello's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Hamza Hanefi came free, but Igor Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Dal Bello in the 41st minute of play forced KANONIERZY's goalkeeper Christian Abbiati to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of KANONIERZY booed when Dal 3ello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belmiro Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Dal 3ello made a substitution. Ronaldo Dal Bello replaced Leopoldo Loureiro. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldo Dal Bello to make the kick off. Ronaldo Dal Bello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Abbiati having to interfere. Igor Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Söderberg in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Ime Mavros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute Ali Hamza Hanefi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Dal Bello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Abbiati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Dal 3ello were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after KANONIERZY's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Víktor Ferraz took the corner. The corner ended in Víktor Ferraz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KANONIERZY's Christian Abbiati did a great save. KANONIERZY's Damazy Fleischer was substituted for Bernard Poniewaz. The corner led Dal 3ello's Víktor Ferraz to fire away a dangerous shot which Christian Abbiati despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Igor Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ime Mavros in the 84th minute of play. Felipe Dal Bello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Christian Abbiati made a huge save. When Francisco dos Santos fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KANONIERZY's protests and gave Francisco dos Santos a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes KANONIERZY got a freekick which was hit by Francisco dos Santos. After a defensive mix-up in KANONIERZY's zone, Felipe Dal Bello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Abbiati came out of the goal and Felipe Dal Bello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dal 3ello players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KANONIERZY.
