Samurai Champions FC's Márcio de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Etxeberri in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Santos in the 21st minute of play forced Black Sails's goalkeeper Justino Hustaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Peter Santos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Black Sails's Justino Hustaz. Justino Hustaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Santos in the 29th minute of play forced Black Sails's goalkeeper Justino Hustaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gerardo Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute, Amílton Cordeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Samurai Champions FC's zone, Gerardo Etxeberri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Márcio de Brito came out of the goal and Gerardo Etxeberri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Samurai Champions FC's Márcio de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Etxeberri in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Samurai Champions FC's Peter Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Justino Hustaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Etxeberri couldn't finish the play. Black Sails's Berry Bliss was substituted for Vebjørn Naas. Black Sails made a substitution. Alonzo Urtzi replaced Camillo Sciarretta. In the 68th minute of the game Richard Godholm made a throw-in which Jeronimo Orlin played forward. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Samurai Champions FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
