Skënder Kotomelo charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Skënder Kotomelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pepe Sarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wesley Popken in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Nautilus's Aba Cadabra got a free kick in the 45th minute. The Nautilus players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KF Ballistet were winning 0-2.

The audience was convinced that Danilo Barrionuevo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Bergström was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Nautilus made a substitution.
