Spectators: 7745 (Terracing: 5810, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luiz Leo got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márcio Seabra in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karol Ruszkowski saved Zgierskie Zlewy from getting behind. After 8 minutes of play, Canarinho Atordoado's Márcio Seabra made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karol Ruszkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Robert Doicaru's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dé Mello firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Leo in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karol Ruszkowski saved Zgierskie Zlewy from getting behind. Peter Mpenza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dé Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf King, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Anísio Queirós scored 0-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karol Ruszkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's goal looked a bit too open when Stayko Gorbanov came free, but Karol Ruszkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Márcio Seabra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dé Mello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Doicaru in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Luiz Leo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski. Karol Ruszkowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Canarinho Atordoado's Luiz Leo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Canarinho Atordoado getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Lino Mota hit a great ball. Karol Ruszkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Mpenza in the 58th minute. Dé Mello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf King in the 62nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Márcio Seabra in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karol Ruszkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Peter Mpenza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Canarinho Atordoado's Luiz Leo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 72 minutes into the match, Peter Mpenza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karol Ruszkowski, 0-6. Zgierskie Zlewy's Krzysztof Petrasz was substituted for Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Robert Doicaru put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Dé Mello. Zgierskie Zlewy made a substitution. Barnaba Bazylnikov replaced Robert Doicaru. Karol Ruszkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Mpenza in the 86th minute of play. Barnaba Bazylnikov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute Peter Mpenza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dé Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Bazylnikov, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Canarinho Atordoado walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
