WZG Sandomierz's Kenny Lightfoot managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jürgen Ligier in the 35 minute of the game. Ülo Rist's late challenge caught a WZG Sandomierz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ülo Rist helped the player get up and apologised. Ülo Rist hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes WZG Sandomierz got a freekick which was hit by Mckinley Dufresne. Fc Urva United's Tõnu Ainola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Urva United from getting a goal against them. Edgar Randoja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. WZG Sandomierz's Alfred Dziatkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Randoja in the 45th minute of play. The WZG Sandomierz players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fc Urva United were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zygmunt Jarmulowicz made a kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Dziatkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
