In the 4th minute of the match The Owls got a corner. Wisła Białogard's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. William Creemers ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jan-Åke Emander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Podowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15thth minute of the game Emanuel Bento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jerzy Podowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Jan-Åke Emander made a huge save. The Owls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by William Creemers in the 20th minute. William Creemers made a great header on The Owls's corner, it was just that Wisła Białogard's Norbert Dombroski managed to reach the ball for a save. 22 minutes into the match, The Owls's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Bento came free, but Jan-Åke Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander got control of the ball when Jerzy Podowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gino Galante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Owls's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Jerzy Podowski scored to the left of an out of position Jan-Åke Emander, making the score, 1-0. In the 44th match minute, The Owls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kağan Özpulat to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Iwan Brysz sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Jan-Åke Emander threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Iwan Brysz this time. If Emanuel Bento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Bento made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Gino Galante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Norbert Dombroski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norbert Dombroski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gino Galante in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Gino Galante ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norbert Dombroski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Norbert Dombroski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gino Galante's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. William Creemers came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Norbert Dombroski could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gino Galante in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Dombroski saved Wisła Białogard from getting behind. Jan-Åke Emander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witomir Wysocki in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gino Galante in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norbert Dombroski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wisła Białogard's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. William Creemers was slow to take the kick. During this time The Owls's players had a chance to rest. The Owls's William Creemers was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Norbert Dombroski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the The Owls defense, Jerzy Podowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Åke Emander. The The Owls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Åke Emander should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute, Cirilo Peruxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Åke Emander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Wisła Białogard's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after William Creemers fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Owls made a substitution. Ubarna Harroyo replaced Gino Galante. 95 minutes into the match, The Owls's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Podowski came free, but Jan-Åke Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubarna Harroyo might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Norbert Dombroski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ubarna Harroyo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubarna Harroyo in the 96th minute of play forced Wisła Białogard's goalkeeper Norbert Dombroski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of The Owls were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Wisła Białogard side.
