The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Grabert got free with Máximo Laureano in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Grabert came free, but Máximo Laureano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Máximo Laureano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Grabert in the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match, Edwin Grabert tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Máximo Laureano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Edwin Grabert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gentil Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 26th minute Gentil Setúbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Terceirense F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eddie Bjurström was slow to take the kick. During this time Savage Hippo's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Savage Hippo's Saulius Pilipavičius getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Máximo Laureano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Grabert in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 minutes Terceirense F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eddie Bjurström who took care of the corner kick. In the 36th minute, Savage Hippo's Edwin Grabert ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Máximo Laureano. Máximo Laureano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th match minute, Savage Hippo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jørund Markhus to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute of the match Aleksander Kapera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Savage Hippo's Bengt-Arne Askstedt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Savage Hippo from getting a goal against them. Máximo Laureano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilmantas Magdišauskas in the 55th minute of the match. Máximo Laureano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Grabert in the 60th minute of play. After 65 played minutes Terceirense F.C. got a freekick which was hit by 许林悦. Terceirense F.C.'s Donovan Daval was substituted for Gentil Setúbal. In the 67th match minute, Terceirense F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 许林悦 to maneuver through the defense. If Eddie Bjurström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edwin Grabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Grabert came free, but Máximo Laureano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Edwin Grabert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Savage Hippo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donovan Daval in the 79th minute of play. Máximo Laureano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Grabert in the 81st minute of the match. Saulius Pilipavičius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Máximo Laureano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Donovan Daval reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bengt-Arne Askstedt. The goal made the score 3-1. Savage Hippo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Terceirense F.C. for a fine match.
