The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Taltum FC were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after La MaKina del Parque's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelo Cavenaghi took the corner. 傅延斐 made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Roldan Castellanos immediately put the ball in play. Görkem Tokdemir made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Flavio Cifuentes sent off a good shot on target. Flavio Cifuentes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Görkem Tokdemir made a huge save. 29 minutes into the game, La MaKina del Parque's Julius Klačko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zhang Hao Qing made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Julius Klačko hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

La MaKina del Parque's Görkem Tokdemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Cifuentes in the 55th minute of play. 傅延斐 made in the 56th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Roldan Castellanos immediately put the ball in play. In the 57th minute Obregón Pardemanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Görkem Tokdemir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhang Hao Qing didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julius Klačko went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Görkem Tokdemir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Cifuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute Obregón Pardemanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Görkem Tokdemir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhang Hao Qing was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Julius Klačko capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julius Klačko really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Görkem Tokdemir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Cifuentes in the 83rd minute of the match. La MaKina del Parque were furious when Mariano Walme was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Mariano Walme hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When Roldan Castellanos came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Taltum FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roldan Castellanos couldn't finish the play. The Taltum FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing La MaKina del Parque to win.
